    I have a Z10 model STL100-1. The official 10.2.1.2941 update was made available on my phone 2 days back, which I downloaded, except everything on the phone is malfunctioning now.

    None of the applications open, the settings don't open either, the hub has gone completely haywire (new texts and whatsapps sometimes show and sometimes don't). If I restart my phone, things start working normally for a few minutes before the chaos starts again.

    Is there any way I can downgrade to the previous 10.2.1.2xxx build? (It was the one that worked the smoothest).
    Any other solutions? Would really appreciate some help!

    Use BlackBerry Link to reload the OS. A fresh copy of the OS will be installed on your phone.

    Actually the same thing is happening to me just exactly as u described above. I restart my phone more than 5 times a day since after the update. How I wish the leak os 10.3 is stable or at least has the video call and voice call functions working I would have loaded it. Am frustrated with this update

    Even I had the same issue restarted around 3 times and luckily it worked fine then.
    had issues syncing emails, opening apps, but all resolved now

    Ah I'm going to give this a shot tomorrow, hope something works out! Restarting my phone over and over again is quite bothersome.

    Unfortunately a reload seems to be the only solution. It is not that bad when you have a full backup BEFORE resetting it. All you realistically need to do is a security wipe.....

    I have been facing this new problem ever since I updated to the latest 10.2.1.2941 software update. I have setup the priority hub to some contacts only. But now all my new mails appear in the priority hub as well as in the respective account. I am fed up now

    Use BBLink and reinstall the OS. Good luck

    Settings, Security and privacy, security wipe.... this should help...
