    Not sure why software release shows "No Information Available", but the phone is updated to the latest release after 10.0.10.648 . Will this have any affect on apps install?

    Also updated in this release is the phone feels as if there's less "lag" or more responsive--it could be my head. The APN is also editable.

    *UPDATE:
    it is more responsive and UI events are smoother.
    Keyboard feels snappier and solid.
    Battery life improved

    That was what was peculiar. I updated via BlackBerry Link. No loader. Could that be the issue?

    Okay I can't whine...Whining privileges are reserved for the poor Verizon subscribers and rightfully so...poor souls.

    VZW is giving the Z10 a bad name as they are the biggest and baddest.
