    Today my Z10 is completely become crazy. First is blocked by BBM and after stuck on boot logo. So i restored and after that the Mobile Network give me always
    "The Sim Card is from an unkow source" with or without sim. And when i try to make a call
    "Phone calls using the mobile network are blocked by your administrator. For more info, contact your administrator."

    The Z10 is unlocked and have always working. Anyone is able to help me to know how to fix?

    Something might be wrong with either your Sim or Sim tray in the phone. Take it too your carrier and have them look at it.

    Sim tray and SIM are ok. I have tried. Read many post on many forums but no one is able to fix

    If your phone calls are being blocked somehow that's a BIG problem. It's either a phone or carrier problem. Take the phone to your carrier and let them figure it out.

    @Johnny Dollar Sim working good on my other smartphone and no problems. Z10 not read any SIM.

    @elfabio80 Stuck on loading, but i have removed the device from Protect. Nothing. I don't understand how to solve.
