    Don't know how this happen but display on my Z10 is always on, even when I lock BB. When I use lock button display goes off for few second and then is back on.

    I tried to wipe device and reload using BB Link but didn't happen. Have feeling that "Display" options doesn't work.

    Anyone had similar issue?

    Now that's new.

    After you wiped/reloaded the OS, did you restore a backup? If you have, then wipe again and do not restore. See if that cures the workaholic display.

    If that fails, ship the unit back to the carrier and have them replace it.

    Didn't do restore. Don't know will maybe upgrade to new version of OS help? I would ship unit back if I had warranty

    Updating the OS is always a good move.

    But even if you don't have warranty on the device if you brught it from a carrier, you should be able to take it back. Worst case scenario, call BlackBerry Support and see what they can do for you (they are usually very helpful).

    When its set to Allow Gestures when locked it could be waiting for a swipe, turn it off and the only way to activate is press the lock button and the screen comes on then. Before that, its dark as locked off.

    Try playing with those setting and still doesn't work. Will try with sw upgrade. But I tried to mention that device was in salt water and is rescued and after that worked without problems for month and now this happen. Have feeling this is related to that but I hope that can be fixed with some sw upgrade or some option.

    Contact BlackBerry the phone comes with 1 year warranty and since the Z10 hasn't been out a year you should have warranty

    Device felt into water like month ago. Was in rice for few days, and have new battery. After that Z10 worked like nothing happen for 3,5 week and few days ago this thing with display happen. So I if you ask me I have doubts that this is related to water damage. Is something where wrong it would show up after day or two, not almost month later.

    No. Not really. Some bit could have retained some moist and only now the damage amounted to an issue.

    Call BlackBerry support. They are usually nice and should be very helpful (maybe even do it for free).

    Once I contacted BlackBerry support my berry fixed by themselves. Looks like it was some software glitch.
