Hello,

sorry for my very bad English..

My BB Z10 is totally dead with no usb connection with/without battery, no LED indications, no charging... nothing!!!

I tried many ways... Holding power, holding volume buttons... No reaction...

Exist any trick to enable USB connection?? Without communication, i cant use Autoloader or web update...

Phone is out of warranty :-(

It won't charge at all? Even from a wallcharger? Did you try a new battery?

What happens if you plug the Z10 to the PC in WITHOUT the battery?

Can you uninstall ALL BlackBerry software from the PC, clean cache, reboot and download/install Link from BlackBerry, then try to connect without the battery to see if Link can see the device? If it can, a new battery could be your solution.

No charging.. Baterry has only 2.5V. After charging to 3.8V with laboratory power supply with constant current - no change...

Tested on many different PC with or without BB software.. No USB activity...No phone Activity...

Connecting to PC without battery??? No USB connection, No LED.. :-(

I have not got another battery to try , but the z10 should respond without batteries ..

If that doesn't work, you can still call BlackBerry and see what they can do for you.
