    You need to call or go into your carriers store. Either they did something to your account or your sim card is dead

    If my sim is dead,I can not even able to surf 2G data.....but i am.able to surf 2g data....please help......

    Have you tried to restart the device? Tried pulling then reinserting the SIM card? Toggle airplane mode off, then on?

    I have done that....but no use...
    It some times says please insert sim....i am facing this issue for the past 3 days....
    .before that I am unable to use 3G...

    I would say you have a faulty SIM card. Contact your carrier for a new one and see if it helps the situation. If that doesn't help, could be a faulty SIM reader in the device.
