Plz help me out, I am unable to select anything in my Z10 . I tried rebooting many times, removed sim, battery,memory card and nothign worked!!
i bought this mobile in June 2014. Never faced such thing....please help .
i tried seleticving setttings but it wont get in....phone wont respond to any selection...only my password lock is working rest nothing....please help.
Also Not able to get any calls...though u wud thing he is not picking up but actually i am not able to get any calls!!!
so pissd off.... SOS

I hope you made a backup because I think you need to reload the OS.

I have the backup but it wont allow me to wipe the phone!!! neither online nor offline!! how do i format my phone if it cant get internet or anythign!!!

Connect your phone to pc and use BlackBerry link to wipe your device or reload os.

I would probably try reloading your software, something is wrong.

OP you should connect to a PC and reload your OS or try an autoloader

Reboot computer and try a different usb cable or a different usb port on the computer.

You can try using BBLink again but first remove the battery and leave it out as you connect the usb cable. You'll be told when to replace the battery. You can also try with and without a battery for an Autoloader.

OP, I know how frustrated you are right now with your phone. So let's see if we can get your issue resolved.

First, when someone says "run an autoloader" do you know what that means? If not, the first thing you need to do is go to the "BB 10" section of the forums. Then go to "leaked OS" and read the stickie on using autoloaders.

Once you are comfortable to proceed, come back here and tell me what phone model you have. I'll walk you through this. It isn't hard, but can be intimidating the first time you do one.
