Hello blackberrians..

I have got an issue here. I m unable to watch few YouTube videos on fast tube which i was able to watch it earlier..m getting this error.plz help. Thank u in advance.

M using z10 stl 100-1
Os version: 10.2.1.3247

Maybe try again later? Reboot the phone:

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

Hey i did the hard reset..it didnt work...tht same video can b played on browser..in HQ not in HD.
I re-installed the app still didn't make any diffrence..
Few videos can't b played on fasttube and supertube as well. Just for the reference one of the video is hangover- psy....
Z10 stl100-1 users...can u plz try and tell me r u guys able to play that on fast tube or supertube ...or is it just my phone.

I just installed fast tube on my Z10.

The first video I picked was the German water park. I tapped on HD and it started playing right away... in HD.

That video is just an example...
The idea behind starting this thread is i wana check whther there is a problem with the app or the video drivers in my phone has got corrupted.if the video is not working for others as well i shud close the thread..

I've got the same problem. Some videos seem to play fine while others come up with that error 1 msg. I've googled the error and it seems as though it has something to do with the latest upgrade. come on guys, someone must have a solution for this.....

Thanks for the response mahn..yess i just went through the review of the fast tube and supertube app in blackberry world. Seems like This issues is already been raised by the users. let's hope it gets resolved soon..

I have the same problem. It just started happening in the last day or two, but I noticed it only does it with VEVO branded content. I emailed support about it earlier today, but haven't heard back from them yet.
