    Hi all, please help, I restarted,but still nothing.. Z10STL100-1/10.2.1.1055.! I waited more than an hour..still loading!

    Try a restart:

    Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black, keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

    If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work.

    I am having stl100-1 only..please help...I am unable to login into Facebook also...

    If you recently loaded 10.2.1 and dowloaded some APK this could be the reason... Viber is known to cause this for example.

    More then an hour?? I hope you don't sit and watch... :-P Try to remove recently added apps. There are lots of forums discussions about it.

    So i need to remove all the APK s which i recently downloaded .! i am having viber also ! i will try and see !

    This is due to an android app. Delete one at a time until you find it.

    Set up all your accounts and then reinstall Viber (if that is an app you actually use) if you so choose.
