    Oh, then the only other thing that's worked for me is to hard reboot your phone and reboot your PC

    try hard reboot first by pressing and holding the power button until the blue Square appears then release. I'm guessing you are using z10 stl100-1? mine is stl100-2 but my wife's is -1.. so I did load 10.3.1 to her z10 using autoloader and same problem with your z10 can't connect to BlackBerry Link. I've searched for forums: load the previous OS that is 10.2.1 then load 10.3.1 again. search the forum how to reload previous OS. I did the internet explorer method but getting error twice but after that the phone suddenly got to initial setup screen! that's weird.. after that I managed to connect to BlackBerry link then do the backup.. Try that process I've mentioned from the forum.

    I have installed the latest version of blackberry link and it's still not working, any more suggestions? Would be great and still thanks alot guys

    It's not what you want to hear but 10.3 was horrible on my z30. I liked a lot of the new features but it was just making my phone unreliable. I'm back on official 10.2.1 until vzw decides to push an update. When I installed a leaked 10.2.1 it worked great. I had 2 days of messing with this thing before I got it lined back out. Not likely I'll load anymore leaks.

    installed 10.3.1 on 2 z10 devices, just reboot the phone several times till the setup screen starts automatically on the phone, finish it and then reconnect to bb link
