I am trying to back up my Z10 with Blackberry link and it gets to 7% and then stalls out and says it does not complete. Has anyone else run into this issue? I wonder if it is because Verizon has rolled out the update. Please help if you can, thanks.

I have trouble doing literally anything with Link

So buggy, and it freezes on me for literally minutes at a time.

I must say that that putting it in airplane mode then connecting it to my laptop worked. Hope this helps anyone still having issues.

Also, some apps don't play well with it...i had to delete a particular recipe app before it was able to backup all the way...but blackberry knows link is buggy as hell all around.

Since the Z10 release I've only been able to perform one back up. After that it says that the back up was incomplete and to make sure my device was connected.
