    Is it same the restart Z10 by long pressing together the up-down volume button and the restart menu by holding power button?

    No one is a soft start and the other is a hard reset.

    Keep in mind, you can hold the power button 10 seconds.
    No need to hold the two volume buttons when one can do the job.

    Three ways to restart it.
