I upgraded to BB10.2 hoping i would get a better upgrade, but after upgrading I was not able to open sideloaded apps and android ports available on BB World.

I posted the query here and got a suggestion that I should do reload the software to factory setting. While doing that update from BB link failed and now I cant start my phone and it is not connecting to BB Link also.

Dont know what the hell is happening... I was so happy with BB after upgrading to Z10, but from past few days all the fun has gone and now I am just depressed at my decision to buy....

    Please help me... Please...

Nope... I was getting green light before the restore crashed... After that nothing... No lights and no screen... tried to pull battery out, recharge, but nothing is happening....

If all you get is the red flashing LED, then you need to reload the software using an autoloader.

Go to this thread, and download the one corresponding to your model. (Note that this 10.2 'leak' ended up being officially released in several countries). Unplug your Z10 from your PC, close link!!, plug your Z10 back in and then just run the autoloader .Exe file.

Also, you might want to restart your computer and use another USB port.

Yeah, at this point you need an autoloader. Download it and run it to see if it will detect the Z10.

I posted the link a couple posts above... just find the one for your Z10 model (stl-100-?). Download onto your computer, make sure link is closed, plug in your Z10 into a USB port, double click on the autoloader file that you downloaded, and wait for it to finish.... your Z10 will reboot once it does.

Don't be scared, at this point you've got nothing to lose.
