    Hi guys, first, I don't know what went wrong but every time I got bbm chat or group all I found is nothing appear on the screen or just say the screen is freezing. Next, the group is empty no member and etc...
    Please...please help I'm so tired waiting for the chat to show up

    What version of the OS are you using, what carrier, is this a recurring problem or a one time issue? Have you tried a reboot or battery pull?

    It's Z10STL100-1/10.1.0.1720 and yeah it's re occurring every time. First, I thought it just happened after I reboot so it takes some times to be fully normal but unfortunately it didn't... it's so annoying and frustrating...
