    so according to my friend who is a tmobile manager for tmobile the release date is Monday not Tuesday hope hes correct

    I've here Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday . . . either way if it's $249 down I'll be waiting for their first promotion on the phone before I buy . . .

    Today, I called three T-Mobile stores that are near me, two of them said Tuesday, one said Monday. Then I called two other stores that are about 30-45 minutes away and one said Monday while the other said Wednesday.

    So, it's either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday!

    another burning question is how much are they selling off contract. AT&T is selling the Z10 for $549. It's a heck of a deal.

    First of all, I went to an AT&T store here in Michigan yesterday asking about buying the z10 outright and said said they can NOT sell it outright unless there is an AT&T contract attached to it. I even said I would pay the 549.00, it did not matter, that was their policy.

    i had a chat with a rep on their website and they told me i had to at least get it on month to month & then after that month i could just cancel it since theirs no contract
