Hi everyone. I just recently got my Z10. I'm having a problem with the picture gallery. For some pictures, the thumbnails do not appear at all. Others start with thumbnails and then they stop appearing. This is true for both camera pictures and images I've imported. It makes navigating the gallery unnecessarily difficult. (And I don't want to use the file manager to browse through pictures.)

I have the latest OS 10.1.0.273, although this was a problem from the start. Is this a known issue or is there a fix? Thanks!

Have the same problem out of no where as well. Worked fine for a month, now the camera is having issues galore.

Same a issue here. I take lots of pics for work, haven't transferred to my computer yet, does anyone know if Link is affected by this or is it just on device?

Same issue here that appeared all of a sudden after about a months use. I'm on 10.1.0.273 too.

The (annoying) solution that works is to edit a photo so the new one gets a thumbnail then delete the old one. If you don't want to make changes at all you may just rotate it and safe but then you have to rotate the newly saved picture again to the original. As I said. Annoying solutions.

Even so, I find that about a picture each day gets a black thumbnail and I have to fix it manually. Have no idea what the heck is going on it's very weird.
