    Not so much a viable solution as a possible of anyone's willing to make it. But how about an app that when opened when you shrink it with the up swipe it turns almost completely transparent. Just enough to see so you may close it. OR how about an update from blackberry that allows you change the transparency of the shrunk apps.

    Unfortunetly even if somone left their Active Frame coding transparent, its wrapped within the basic BB10 active frame layout, and you could still clearly see everything below the "app active frame"
