i have BB Z10 and im looking for any solution to make facebook messenger working
i have play store and i can download it but cannot work

I get the same message. I have downloaded Facebook kite and messenger from memory studios. Both of them are alright. For me the browser does a good job for Facebook. Bb10 Facebook app is poor imo

Buy a Priv. Download free FB messenger at Google Play Store. Problem solved.

I'm personally not an intensive Facebook user, but wondering which features of Facebook account are you missing from the Hub ?

For me Facebook from the Hub is almost like Facebook messenger

Why would you want messenger when your FB messages can be read and replied to easily form the Hub? Of course it would be even better if Blackberry would update FB, but messages work very well in the Hub.

People should understand that the BB10 platform does not have the same access to 3rd party apps as other platforms, and be willing to pay for quality apps that may be provided by dedicated developers. There really is no solution to this specific need anywhere in BB App World at this time. The HUB is a partial solution, but the drawback there is no support for video attachments - only images.

For that, I currently have an old version of FB Messenger for Android installed. Mostly I just use the HUB, but I fire up that old app on the occasions I am looking to attach a video. The version is 25.00.17.14. Newer versions will not work, as they require a later version of Android than is provided by the Android Runtime on BB10. You will have to do a search for the APK of this version.

I did notice that as well. Yet a few posts before I had posted, someone indicated it was working for them. Either way, Nemory appears to be willing to fix the issue. Hopefully He will be true to his word.

ofcourse i will not buy because its not fair ppl use it for free and more features (calls, videos, pictures...) and for me i will buy

i understand what you mean but the hub its the simple way to chat only but Facebook messenger have everything's you need including calls and soon will come the option of sending money
