i have unkown album in pictures.

if this unkown album is in sd card, to remove it we need to format the sd card from our z10, backup it first of course.
this will make our z10 re index the sd card again when inserted.

but now i have unknown album in internal memory, from android sideload.
is there anyway to make z10 re index file again with no factory reset?

i have deleted the folder and pictures but unknown album still there, can't be deleted.
it not that annoying, but still it's a bug in my great z10.

If you have any sideloaded android apps, that's likely where it is coming from and why you can't delete it. You need to browse to the actual Android cache location and delete from there as the gallery is just a bunch of sym links pointing to the folder where the file is actually stored.

Try going into file manager, then misc, then android and start going thru all of those folders. You may have to dig a few layers too. I think this may fix your problem, I haven't had the same problem, but guessing that's where you should start.

i have found the pictures and delete it, but unknown album still there in picture app.
