Not for me... the radio which came with 2977 proved to kill battery faster than the other radios... I'm back to 2274 Radio now!

If you have a branded T-Mo phone you will likely not get this OS OTA. BTW, there's another thread on this and I believe wifi-calling would be killed by it anyway. However, there is a 10.3 leak out there that people are saying does not interfere with wifi-calling.

TMOBILE has not pushed out an update. You got it from your factory unlocked status.

No update push from TMOBILE. I recommend using Sachesi 1.21. I used the Rogers wireless files. It took a while but it was worth it.

Just be sure to double check your network settings after (APN and MMS) . And you will have to delete a few Rogers specific apps, no biggie.

I kept hearing that unlocked Z30s on AT&T were seeing the update. I never got it so I used Sachesi to load it from Rogers in Canada. Battery life is greatly improved.

Yeah, you got it because your phone is not a branded t-mo IMEI. Thinking of picking up a shop bberry unlocked myself. Just for the hell of it.

Agreed. The 2977 update kicked the crap out of my battery life. I was on the verge of buying a new battery because I thought this one was dead ity was so bad - Loosing about 8% per hour with zero usage, device just sitting on my desk and that is just not good enough.

My z10 shutting down at 30% even after the update. Model stl100 -1. I hate the battery indicator big in the z10 model. And im frustrated like hell. Annoyed

My battery life has been cut in half since updating to .2977. The phone doesn't even last 5 hours with no use. I updated OTA on my unlocked phone. I'm going to reload the OS using Link. I hope this gets the battery life back to normal.

It does but I've updated since Thursday and it is draining power on standby a lot more than the previous update, not to mention I always get System Update Complete after restart.

1. Let the battery run a 100 to almost 0% 2-3 times. Do not charge in between.
2. Make sure your area doesnt have crappy reception. My phone dies in a day in my bedroom but stays on for more than 2-days in my living room.
3. Make sure none of your previously installed apps are affecting the battery life. Check the app manager for the apps eating battery life.

I am not going to suggest LCD brightness and stuff coz thats illogical. My verizon z10 gets me 2 days of battery life on moderate usage on 2122. I am happy and satisfied.
