I updated my OS to 10.3.2.858 on Verizon last night and now texts don't load or the keyboard won't register me typing, I did a hard reset and it didn't change anything. Anyone else having this issue?

Are you stil having this issue? I would suggest a reload of the OS manually if it hasn't cleared up.

This is interesting. Another thread also reported a non-functioning touchscreen upon upgrading to 10.3.2.

Yes. My mother also updated her BlackBerry Z10 to 10.3.2 but it's not happening to her phone. should I factory reset it and try again?

My touchscreen seems to be working inside apps and to search but doesn't within the Hub or the texting screen

Try a volume button reset or two. Simultaneously press and hold down the volume-up and volume-down keys until the device restarts. See if that helps.

Shutting the phone OFF then back ON has fixed this problem and my wife's Classic which would not send text msgs. I'll see if this "fix" actually works over the next few days.

I have the same problem. Z10STL100-4/10.3.2.858
I did a hard reboot and it did not correct the problem. My wife is texting me and I am not even receiving some of her texts. This is not acceptable. Life should not be so difficult.

OK. I stopped BlackBerry Blend and that has corrected the problem for now.

OK. I stopped BlackBerry Blend and that has corrected the problem for now.

My phone was fine after the update. My wife's phone updated last night and has been having sporadic texts all day. I had her do a soft reboot, hard reboot, Hub reset... Nothing seemed to work.

I just had her try to Blend approach as bbsc1 stated and it seems to have corrected the problem.

Edit: Still not working fully. Just had one text not go through. Going to also have her try another hard reset with volume buttons.

Edit 2: After doing a hard reset, her SMS is back to not working at all again. Very frustrating.
