I could have sworn my text messages used to do this prior to 10.1.0.2XXX
When I go to the top level hub, my text messages (whether sent or received) will not show.
BBM's, calls, emails, FB, etc still do. When I go to the text messages section, they'll be there.

I can't recall whether that's just how text messages are managed (which would be ever so stupid) or whether there's some setting I've actually touched which I can't seem to find.

Check to see if you have Text Messages turned on in the Hub settings.
