Hi All, I'm unable to successfully send a txt message to my mothers phone, however I receive all txts that she sends me!
I have BlackBerry Z10 on EE my mother has a Samsung GT-C3530 on tesco mobile.
Does anyone please have any idea why?
She's able to receive txts from everyone else, my kids have BlackBerry's also and my partner has one and she receives their txts no problem

Have you migrated from an iPhone recently?
Edit: scrap that, after re-reading your post I don't think the iMessage is the issue here.

Frustrating to be honest. It's the only one that my txts appear to not go thru?

put up a screenshot if you can, maybe its the bug where it converts the SMS to an MMS message?

Are you sending the text on your z10 through a programmed contact entry on your phone? Have you tried texting her just using her cell number directly?

In my many years as a sales consultant in the telecommunications industry, I've come across phones that couldn't send a text from a entered contact list on the phone but worked fine if the text was sent directly using just the cell number. Not sure why this occurs but what you could do if you determine using just the cell number works, erase her contact entry and any previous text conversation sent. Then re-enter her contact information.

    Hope this helps!

What would you require a screen shot of?

The actual message / conversation in your SMS app, it looks different to other txt messages.
