It lags so much Idk what to do, when I have a new text it takes 10 secs to open, or when I send a message ut takes 15+ seconds to appear and if I get out if that Convo ut won't send Idk what to do. I don't want to wipe my phone

Is it possible to return your device? From my experience I don't think that's normal. I wish I had some more constructive advice but it sounds like you've tried all the different methods that would be recommended

That is most definitely not normal! I would rather suffer from the terrible battery issues than text lag!!! This is why I left android and ios! You MUST factory reset and through bblink I recommend. I am 120% sure you're issue would be fixed by doing that.

Blackberry Link has a backup feature. So try to reload the OS with a restore and see if it fixes it. Make sure to reload the OS with Link and not just a security wipe.

I'd go crazy if that happened to me. Try reloading the OS before returning for a refurbished model. Good luck

Did you try deleting your chat and text history as I suggested in your previous thread?
    http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...0/#post8295306

You could try doing that first, before factory-resetting the phone. If that doesn't work, you may not have a choice wrt re-setting your phone, especially if that lag is getting on your last nerve.

I don't have the delay that you have. You may have an issue with your phone/OS/carrier.

I don't recommend you backup your phone either. You don't want the issue to be 'backed up'. I know people will feel indifferent about my comment.

    Good luck

Just select, or multiple select, from the main text screen and delete. That will delete all messages from a selected user. You don't have to delete each text individually.

It recently transpired that some Z10 models are slower than others due to different processors, mine also seems very slow.

Don't think that has anything to do with OPs issue. I suggest deleting those messages. And / or a complete wipe and restore apps one by one.

From talking to other people from other regions in the forum, apparently there's 4different models for different markets and networks.

For example the phone app opens instantly for some while for others it lags 2-3 seconds or more. Mine lags.
