    Crackberry,
    I picked up my Z10 today and am slowly learning all the features but I feel something is wrong with my text messages app/folder and while there seem to be a lot of texting related threads I couldn't find one on my issue.

    I'm assuming the text messaging app/folder should show only text messages but instead mine shows everything; BBMs, emails, calls, texts, (all incoming and outgoing too)

    Tried turning it off in the Hub, tried restarting phone, not sure what else I can try.

    Anyone else have and resolve this issue or have any suggestions?

    Text messaging is NOT a separate app. It IS PART of the hub. The icon simply shortcuts you to the text messaging part of the hub. Going into hub, swiping to the right, and selecting Text Messages has the same effect, bru

    Right I get that but the text messaging part of the hub shld have only text messages right? When I go into text messages I see all kinds of messages.

    Unlike say the Gmail part of the hub where I only see Gmail messages when I'm on the text message part I see everything just like I see in the core hub.

    Battery pull.
    If that doesn't work. Wipe your device and set up again.
    I had hub issues with bbm, a wipe fixed it.
    Pain in the *** I know, but once fixed you won't look back

    You could always try resetting the hub before doing something drastic like a wipe.

    Thanks. Resetting hub had not worked. Battery pull just tried with no result. Security wipe it is.
