I just got my new Z10 - I managed to get my old alert tones loaded but can't figure out how to change the number of times it sounds, I can get it to vibrate 3 times but there is no place to adjust the number of times it repeats the tone like on my 9900 - I want it to chime 3 times. I also set up a custom text alert for my wife but it uses the default tone instead. I have updated to latest software version right away today. Thanks

Export the chime you want to use and edit it in an audio editor to sound the number of times you desire then save it to a new name.

Copy the new chime to your phone and select that for TXT messages.

Audacity is a good free audio editor if you want to take this route.
