Games is not available to all countries currently. Which place you are from?

As per Available Countries in Blackberry World, Tetris is not currently available in UK somehow.
I wonder why there is country wise restriction.
You can try to use proxy settings to get it though :)

I think same should work work BB10.
Proxy setting change will not work for Z10. Maybe for free app, but not for paid applications. The payment server I belive is connected to your BBID.
