    Under WIFI, both of my IMAP-configured gmail and my company mailbox do not work. The problem showed in the following pics, which say that cannot contact to the IMAP server because of the wrong port:993 or the server shut down.

    Howerver, under WIFI, IMAP gmail and my company mailbox work well via VPN. They both work well via 3G/4G network.

    I tried wifi at home, at office and at coffee bar. IMAP DOESN'T WORK UNDER WIFI....

    What's wrong?

    From what I can read in your 2nd screenshot it looks like you are connecting to port 143 and not port 993. Port 143 is a valid IMAP port number for IMAP, but your provider may only be allowing access to port 993 which is for secure SSL connections. The Gmail setting looks correct for port 993 from what I can read.
