this morning it was saying it was shipping Feb 4 and now when im about to pre order it says Feb 12? hellllllll naaahhhhh that im waiting any longer for my Z10 !! might as well just go to the store !!

It could be a error OR just Telus will push the date to Feb 12th. No sign from Rogers side about this. Most of the reservation / pre order phones are at the stores waiting.

It could be that Telus does not have enough phones in stock. Who knows what the reason is tho.

Most likely the store will be told Feb 12th as well. Honestly not even the store will know what is going on on the site

I was just about to pre-order 5 minutes ago and I saw the same message. I had to read it 3 times to believe it as I saw shipping was February 4th yesterday. Hopefully the stores are in stock.

I preordered on the 30th like an hour after the launch presentation. I hope it still ships on the 4th. Originally, it was the 4th for the black and 12th for the white.

im pretty sure it ships straight to your door, not a pre order pick up from the store.

It might be due to last weeks pre-orders having been already shipped, any orders today or yesterday would have the delivered on the 12th of February!!

It could well be. UPS does not pick up anything on the weekends. It could also be that the warehouse has way to many orders & barely enough phones to keep up.

Im pretty sure it says it ship on the 4th since the 5th is the release date, my parents bought new android phones and they were shipped on the 30th of jan and we received them on 31th of jan.

Most delivery companies don't deliver on the weekends... plus you may be right about to many orders why there is a delay on the delivery time!!

If a company pays UPS a few more dollars, UPS will do Saturday Deliveries. None of the carriers do that tho.

Telus pulled a switch a roo. Both black and white are now Feb 12th. It was not the case yesterday Black was available on the 5th..

Like i said, it could be the high demand that they had to do this. Rogers had well over 5,000 reservations & only around 500-700 of them got shipped out from what i seen. The more demand the less they have in the warehouse. They will most likely get more phones in either this weekend OR Monday.

I'm going into a TELUS connect store tomorrow to see if they have the demos in there. I'll make sure I ask for sure even though I think I'm going for the white. Once question I do have is if the phones are available on the 12th, and the pre-orders are being shipped on the 12th, wouldn't it be quicker to just go into the store on the 12th and pick one up?
