pre ordered my white Z10 on launch day received my sales receipt with order confirmation and credit card authorization same day through email. Waiting since launch day has been unbearable causing extreme mood swings (/) and really taking toll on my marriage. For my own sanity please fellow Telus customers share your info! Have you received your shipping info/tracking numbers?!?!?!???

But other who ordered a black for Feb. 5 didn't hear anything until the next morning.

when i pre ordered my Z10 from telus i didnt get the tracking number until the day it was deliverd first thing in the morning.. they shipped it around 11pm the night before so dont hold your breath for it. you can email weborders@telus.com and ask to make sure your order is shipping

you do know that they said it was shipping on the 12th and to allow 2-3 days for delivery. i got mine next day due to the fact telus aird it from calgary to vancouver

Thanks guys for updating the thread. I just called the web store rep assured me devices are shipping as i was speaking to them by the end of the business day we WILL be receiving our tracking info as for some reason they only receive that information after they ship. I guess we just have to sit tight and wait it out. My white transform case from shop crackberry just came in this morning incl screen protector didnt know that pretty sweet just waiting to put the case and screen protector on once i get my device

how do you know what place in line you are? wouldnt hurt to know that

btw did any of you get a case for yur phone? the only reason i didnt get one is that i dont know wat it would look like with the white one: all the pics where with the black z10.

With the black Z10 many people had the same experience I did, which was not getting notification of shipping until the day it arrived. I called Telus Web orders on the 4th and they confirmed the device would be shipped that evening. I received no email or tracking info until the following day. The good news though was that on February 5th my Z10 was waiting at home when I was done working that day.

Don't panic. Telus hasn't been good or fast with getting info out but they have done well with getting devices shipped on time. If yours was to be shipped today it will likely arrive tomorrow.

well got my canadapost tracking number... shows my item was shipped yesterday.... so i will definitely have it today...

I thought the stores wouldnt have the white.. so I ordered and paid on Jan 30th... wanting to be guaranteed one right away.... its been a long extra week tho....

Don't worry guys. My black unit was pre-ordered immediately after the launch. I didn't get my shipping notice until the morning of the 5th. By late morning it was in my hands. It had shipped out late at night on the 4th from Toronto to me in Vancouver.

Got my email from telus this morning 8:45 EST with my tracking info shipped out last night should have it some time today as it says out for delivery on canada post website
