I just finished a thorough survey to honestly rave about my Z10 and give AT&T a piece of my mind on not giving the phone any love or publicity as well.
Hopefully the more folks rave about the phone, then it will get more attention especially in stores.

I just got a lengthy and specific survey from AT&T. It took almost 30 min to complete and asked very specific questions about the Z10 and the BlackBerry 10 experience. Of course I told them how much I love it!!! And all the ways it's a better communication experience than the iPhone 4S I upgraded from.

Anyone else get this survey?

I got it last night. I'll complete it tonight when I leave work. Hopefully AT&T uses it in a constructive manner and gives a little more in store attention to the Z10 and educates their employees on the device.

Yep. I did it this morning. The only interesting thing was my answer to a free-form question concerning the capabilities that make the Z10 a good phone. Here is my text:

• HD Voice when talking with other phones that are also HD Voice capable gives excellent audio quality.
• Video Chat and screen sharing in BBM is very useful.
• The integrated communication Hub allows me to feel well connected with my work and social contacts.
• The Web browser is fast and renders Web pages properly.
• GPS is extremely fast and accurate at acquiring the Z10's location.
• The Story Maker app is easy and makes nice videos.
• NFC allows picture file transfers with ease.
• ActiveSync and IMAP IDLE allow emails to show up on the phone before they even show up on my computer.
• The overall use is fast and smooth and instills confidence that it will work as expected.

Let's try to keep all the survey posts to one thread so we can get a better idea of how many of us took the survey. It would also help keep the forums cleaner. Within 12 hours there are already multiple threads about the same survey.

AT&T seems to have no desire to push BlackBerry phones, as they tend to be used by people who don't make AT&T stupid amounts of surplus money. As in, people smart enough to read their bills, review their usage, make pre-emptive changes based on future plans, and people who already know how to use international services without paying extra for them.
