My advice is to go on and get it. I took the plunge and couldn't be happier. No problems so far and the addition of Skype is great.

Don't torture yourselves waiting on American carriers to get with the program. Snag yourself the latest leak and join the rest of the world.

Take the dive for it, waiting for your carrier is always an unknown.

I had to wait almost a year for my OS update after it was released because of the carriers BS. Blackberry makes it real easy to update your OS, do it if you are having issues. Just follow the instructions.

I am usually patient with these things, no amazing killer feature in 10.1 to draw me in, and I don't have any reboot issues, and rumors are that updates will come pretty quick for AT&T, they have so far. Ness I feel that I am neglected or truly missing out on a killer feature I prefer to remain stock and because of that, never had a major issue with a device.
