    Got mine in the minute Crackberry posted that pre-orders went live. I can not wait!!

    I went on to the AT&T Premier site and its still not an option yet.

    its there. log into your account. once your in your account space. type z10 in the search bar you will see the online only order page

    Yes, it is there. But selecting the upgrade option, the Z10 is not there.

    The upgrade option was there for me. Mine is on the way...soon.

    Perhaps it doesn't pay to be Premier in this case...

    Yes. Only because I take advantage of the discount provided through ADP as our payroll provider. Otherwise, I'm just a nobody consumer

    I just finshed talking to someone in Dallas. You have go to your local AT&T store to preorder if you are Premier customer.

    Just pre-ordered 2 Z10's, 1 for me and 1 for my wife. Im getting excited, cannot wait for them to arrive!

    I pre-ordered. Only grief I have is my grandfathered unlimited data plan was not a choice. I opened a chat and asked about it. Was told that once I get the phone I can call customer service and get it changed back to my unlimited plan. I snipped the chat box and saved it . Right now AT&T and I are having our second honeymoon. They better honor this.

    I suggest pre-order. Most releases in other countries ran short of stock.

    See that was My dilemma too,but then I thought about how stock Might be Limited And I would risk losing out on getting one, and then there is the waiting for God knows how long even before doors open. This product is getting a loot of attention and so it's your choice.
    I wait for the future...to COME back to BlackBerry!

    It does not make any sense that Premier account holders cannot upgrade online. I too have a Premier account. Clicking on the "Pre-Order Now" button will take me to my account where the Z10 is not available for an upgrade.

    Tried that @ 2 different stores no dice.. Both showed my a screen with internal release info that states available @ att.com only.. So as a premier customer I have to wait till 22nd to get.. which is just plain stupid!!!!

    When i placed my pre order, it said it will be shipped on the 20th. But i have a question, do they ship it directly to your house or the closest At&t store ?

    I just got off talking to a at&t rep chat online and she said it ships directly to your house if thats the address you placed it on. I didn't know they ship to our houses. I'm still confused about that

    You are welcome. Unfortunatly the order would not go through because it was an upgrade. I called them and they told me you are unable to do a pre-oder with an upgrade which makes no sense. They said the phone has to be instock for upgrades. Guess I will take the morning off on the 22nd and head to the att&t store.
