I was reading the thread discussing whether or not AT&T would unlock the Z10 and I was curious to see whether T-Mobile would be unlocking the Z10 as well so I called them last night. the call was less than ten minutes (six minutes to be precise) and the customer service lady told me I had a nice phone she didn't know whether or not they even had the unlock codes yet, but she submitted the request and I got this e-mail today!



I am now a proud owner of an unlocked BlackBerry Z10. I paid full price of course, but it never hurts to try!

Is tmo's lte frequency changed to match att's yet?

Once the phone is completely paid for T-Mobile provides you with an unlock code if requested. I'm loving Tmobiles no contract plans. LTE is fast here in Houston

simply say u leaving the country for the weekend or a few days.... pick a country they dont roam in and the very nice customer care rep will submit ur unlock request, which will most likely be processed and the code sent to u swiftly

I thought the hardware in each phone was different?
different radio bands and what not.
