    I spoke to tmo USA loyalty department and the rep was super helpful and found the following on
    their public support site:

    You guys need to Google 'wifi calling'

    Viber and BBM Voice are not even remotely close to being substitutes.

    Need an update, will have to jump ship from bb and tmo if dont get wifi calling update soon, I have no service where i live .......



    Hey does anyone know when the software update is going to happen for tmobile w bbz10/bbq10 i am a old time bb user and tmo customer, in a black hole w no service in my neighborhood really wanting to upgrade to bb10, current have a bold 9900 want to get q10 when out next month but will have no service because bb10 did not lauch w UMA or wifi calling, i will have no choice but to jump to ATT and leave BB behind forever! I cant wait 6mos for a software update like they did for the 9900. Does Anyone have any news for me?
