Updated tonight, at 99% device disconnected. After repeated reboots, wifi calling says DNS error. Can I re try update, and if so, how?

Have you tried deleting Wifi Calling & downloading the app from BlackBerry World?

Yes, I tried that. That is why I think the update was incomplete.

I would say back up via Link or Sachesi, then reload software via Link which will wipe the installed OS & start fresh.

i was getting an error that it wouldn't detect the sim card...i called t-mobile and they told me to pull the battery and the sim card because they have been getting reports that the self restart of the phone after installing doesn't always install all the necessary components...so try that and see if that fixes it.

I found that my problem was my netgear router. Bought a cisco N600 now wifi calling works just fine

Ok... you completed (?) install and does everything else work except you're getting a DNS error on your wifi-calling? Before you reload Jesus and all that, have you called T-Mo and activated wifi-calling? Have you gone on your profile and entered a 911 address? Have you tried it on a different router? Damn, try the easy stuff first.
