    Not happening. Just got off phone with 2 reps, a CS rep and a tech and both had no clue of an update available. Who ever gave the 7/1 date all I have to say is karma will have it with ya.

    Not saying it's happening today, but reps never know, or claim not to know since the updates aren't rolled out to all users at once they do this to deflect any additional call volume, or if there is a delay, they don't want to be on the hook. At least in the US this is true of all carriers.

    I think maybe they read it wrong, only in US the date format is mo/da, but rest of world is date/mo, so it's probably 7 January 2014

    This is getting old.
    BlackBerry really needs to take control of its products and get the carriers out of the software revision loop. Version splintering and ridiculous delays are high on the list of things that have a real potential to take BlackBerry out of the running altogether.

    I must say that this is frustrating! I've been running a leak on my phone for months now, but I shouldn't have to!

    I don't know whether to blame AT&T or BlackBerry, but someone should get their mess together. I'm over AT&T saying that they're putting the phone through a rigorous testing process, I call bull. BlackBerry needs to just push the update through BlackBerry Link and call it a day.

    On the other hand, half of the people who are "normal" are enjoying their Z10s on 10.0 because they don't even know that 10.1 is "coming soon". Ignorance is bliss.

    luckily, i was one of the few who caught that update before they pulled it. i cant believe ATT is still holding back on it, it REALLY fixes a lot of bugs. in other news, my Q10 was just updated to 10.1.0.2030 this morning from ATT (through LINK, not OTA).

    Yup. I also grabbed the 10.1 update they pulled. So happy I acted quickly to! I needed my apps up to date.
