Switching Device Problem from 9900 to Z10
Hello,
When i want to switch the device from 9900 to Z10 using blackberry link .. the step where i connect the old device which is 9900 is done successfully, but when it comes to where i must connect my Z10, i connect it but i don't see any picture, it doesnt show.

Load Blackberry link on another computer. I had success on a Windows Vista machine but the load out on my windows 7 machine will not recognize my phone either. It was bumpy and I ended up entering my contact and password keeper by hand. Twice.

yea im using widnows 7 .. dude blackberry have to fix many things here ...........
