I have the Z10 and like it, bit miss many of the features of my trusty 9900.

I have read many posts where users switch between them.

Is a sim adapter used and if so, which is the best.

I tried this in the past between the micro sim of an iPhone and my Torch. The sim became dislodged and I bent the sim card reader pins pulling out the adapter (thus ruining) the Torch.

Any info/suggestions are appreciated.

I've switched back and forth for different purposes between my Z and 9900. I use the same micro sim and it never dislodges or damages.

Thanks rjk123, do you just insert the micro sim in the "center" of the sim slot in the 9900 or do you use an adapter?

Center without adapter and make sure it's sitting flush with the bottom of the sim tray.

Never use a sim adapter in the 9900. I made that mistake once and it broke the sim tray and that is expensive to replace. Just line it up and use a bit of tape if you want.
