I use my phone a lot to keep in touch with customers and would LOVE to take advantage of the Blackberry Balance but when i swipe down on the home screen the "personal" and "work" switch doesn't appear... am i post to set it up? why isn't it appearing. I'm on Rogers

From what I've read you need to be set up on BES10 for that feature to work

Its not enabled unless you connect the phone to a BlackBerry running the latest software.

The way the feature was announced and shown I think BlackBerry let people assume it was a feature of the phone

....So only works when connected to a BES10 service
