    This is a bug which me and some people have this problem too. Usually it happen when you wipe the device. Someone found solution but it seems not working for all people. Try to search relative post you will see there are some post regarding on this.

    I'm on 1762 and I couldn't save to home screen at first. But then I cleared my history and cookies and that didn't do anything.

    Then 5 minutes later it worked.. ha.
