    Well the title explains my quesiton, how do i reset my z10 i know if i press the lock button and press reset It Will! but Ive been triying to do the vol+ and vol- process and It does not work!

    Could you help me?

    Hold down the power button on top for probably 6-7 seconds, until you see a red light.

    It worked the top button, and about 25 with volum and nothing, is there a�o differenc betwen them?

    If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work.
