Paid for hunger games on bbw and it's been stuck in download mode for days at 43 MB. ? How do I get out of it and who do you contact to get money back.? Phone works great otherwise.

Also save it to your device then copy it to your media card if you have one. Much more stable in terms of speed and reliability downloading to your device.

I pulled down the screen in bbw and erased current downloads in general settings to stop it from trying to load.

Have you tried swiping down > Settings > General > Refresh BlackBerry World? Haven't had this issue, but would try it next.
