    My cousin who has a Z10 working on Airtel India just updated his phone OS and is having problems with some apps.
    Apps like mobile scanner, English dictionary etc have stopped working. Whenever he launches them they quit to home screen. Any solutions?

    Delete and reinstall the apps? Had that happen on the playbook and reinstalling fixed it. I assume the apps were working fine before the update?
