Hello All,

I ride a motorbike and really need a sat nav to help me get to places on a rare occasion. Meant to be riding into central london tomorrow and any route planners are way too confusing and I have zero map skills.

I used the turn by turn with earphones in on my Z10 which worked great.... for the first 5 minutes. Then the screen auto-locks - I then have to stop and press the screen in order to still get the turn by turns which is not ideal.

Any way of stopping this at all? - either by using a different sat nav app or setting something on the Maps?

Tried some never lock app but didnt work!

I Don't know why that would be happening? My screen does not auto lock after 5min. You could try keeping it plugged in which is not ideal on a bike.

Are you using the stock map app?

My Blackberry Maps all of a sudden allows the screen to timeout while it's running, thus disabling the map while the screen is black.

How the hell do I turn this off?

I haven't had that happen even when running on battery.
