    Hi,

    Anyone experience this?

    Z10 STL100-1 OS 0.1.0.1756 unable to wake from sleep while on the lock screen after activating workspace.

    Installed the latest OS, side load previously installed apps, set-up all accounts, restart, rebooted, all OK.
    After activating workspace everything seems to be working fine. BUT once I restarted/rebooted my phone, it is unable to wake from sleep while on the lock screen

    My company is using BES10, and that is where i am connecting for my workspace...

    Sounds like an issue with your device, not BES 10. Again wrong form.

    I'm curious as to how you got OS 10.1.0.1756 on STL 100-1, because as far as I know the latest OS for STL 100-1 is 10.1.01720. Which Carrier are you on and which country?

    As I stated on my post.
    After upgrading to 10.1.01720, I side loaded all the apps that I previously used on 10.0. restarted, rebooted, organized the icons, log-in to all apps that needs logging in. test all apps, again rebooted and restarted. my devise was working fine.

    But the moment I activated my "workspace" and rebooted/restarted my device, I experience this problem...

    Again... I reinstalled 10.1.01720 without activating my workspace, and it is now working fine...
    How can you explain that it is my device that has a problem? and not the BES10 server that my company is using?
    What I am thinking is, If my company is using BES10.0 I cannot use 10.1 on my Z10.

    That's not the case, I'm running OS 10.1.0.1720 on an STL100-2 Z10 with a Work space activated on BES10.0 and I don't have the lock screen issue you have.

    It's much more likely to be a bug in the build of the OS for your hardware, you have the STL100-1 which contains different hardware to mine.

    ^ thanks, now I am can move forward to another testing.

    Do you have side loaded apps? My company blocked the development mode... so I have to install all android apps before activating my workspace

    Why I am the only one that has this problem....

    THe only solution at the moment for me is don't reboot/turn off my z10 after activating my workspace.
    And almost every week, I forget to charge my phone, then i have to reload the os again, then ask for an activation key from IT department. frustrating..
