My suggestion would be to check the BlackBerry forums for using Sachesi to update your phone. I'm on Verizon Wireless and that's how I update my Z10.

You'll have to download the files from the links in the version thread that you want to update to and also download the Sachesi software. There are directions in more than one place on the forums that detail the process step by step. I've done it four times to update my Z10 and it works great.

    Who is your carrier?

    Good luck.

    God Bless.

    Is your device unlocked?
If it is, try borrow your friend's or family's sim card with a different carrier. It works for me

Just use the search button and look for sachesi and 10.2 autoloaders . If u cant use a search button then i wouldnt recommend you to try to install 10.2 yourself.

Autoloader: destructive meaning the update process wipes all the data on your phone. Sachesi not needed.

Blitz: one of several non-destructive ways to update so you don't lose your data. You need Sachesi or DBBT.

There are multiple how to's. If you can't search to find them, or find them, but don't understand the instructions, then don't update.

If BlackBerry updates are blocked in your country you will need to use a Computer to update the OS it's as simple as that.

You have already found the link you need as you put it in an earlier post but you need to use a computer NOT your phone to download the file.

If you don't have a PC you cannot update, the end.

You are using a device that is no longer sold or supported by your carrier. That is why you are not getting any updates. This is not a BlackBerry issue.

Since you have to do it yourself, I would recommend using an autoloader. This process will also wipe your device to factory settings, so backup any files or media you wish to keep.

Download the large .7z file (to your PC!) for your device from Thurask's archive here:
    https://drive.bitcasa.com/send/6tMMp...fSc0JPukRz42w/

Unzip the file, plug in your device, and run the autoloader.

Hopefully this helps you. I'll attempt to make this ease to understand:
1: Download the link from Conite and save it to your desktop
2: Make sure you have Blackberry Link installed on your computer: BlackBerry Link - BlackBerry 10 Smartphone to Computer Sync - Canada
3: Once you have Link installed, plug your Z10 into your computer and backup your Z10 data. All of it!
4: Once backup is complete, close Link but do not detach your Z10 from your computer
5: Unzip the OS you saved to your desktop, to extract the .exe file. Save that to your desktop
6: Double click the exe file, to start the OS install process. Your device will reboot when everything is complete
7: Make sure your Z10 is functioning properly. Then start Link again, and restore your data.
8: Once restore completes, enjoy your phone!
