    I don't have a Vodafone sim lying around but I do have an O2 one, will this work now they have released it or will it add a load of O2 crap to my phone

    Should do and no it won't download any o2 cap and even if it does, once u put ur other sim it should disappear...well that's what happened with mine, I put a voda sim in, did the update and it downloaded some voda rubbish but soon as I put my tmo sim in...it went away.

    Just been on to them again and mentioned all the bad PR they're getting along with the fact their website has been showing the latest version as 10.0.10.90 for a while now. And still all I can get is "We don't know but we'll try and get the website corrected". Great

    Ive already been asking both EE & The Orange Helpers team for some info but have had no reply through Twitter whatsoever.

    Surely it cant be difficult for EE to reply with a sensible explanation as to why the update hasn't released yet or in fact when it will be released, so that us new Z10 owners can have the experience Blackberry want us to have with our new phones.

    I need the phone ringer in bedside mode!

    �17.02+vat so, �20.42 all in. I'm on an Orange business account, should be the same price for everyone I would have thought. Ordered it on Thursday afternoon so quick response too.

    Shame Orange weren't as quick as pushing the update!

    @chrissym68 orange told me the phone has to be registered to the account for 6mths but I spoke to a supervisor who offered to send it to the unlocking team bur be prepared for it to be rejected.

    Did you all read latest news on crackberry front page? Yup, AT&T are rolling out the OS update today....they don't even sell the bloody phone yet!!

    EE, one of the first couple of networks to get the zed ten, on launch day, still nothing from them!

    I've tweeted to several orange based accounts today without response. I'm going to continue until I get some sort of satisfaction. Certainly wish I'd chosen a different carrier now when I upgraded.

    EE/orange uk/ tmobile uk/whatever need sort our their updates and the unlocking policy ASAP have told them I'm a pissed off long term customer (10 years on orange) who paid for an early upgrade and is seriously thinking of jumping ship after this contract and if I go that will mean at least another 5 contracts leaving then from the family as the family follow me to a network.
