    I am with rogers and I'm in Toronto... I got my phone from the Philippines when it came out ..its stl-02 model... I checked software update on my phone and no luck... used BlackBerry Link and nothing... even tried the BlackBerry website still no update.. anyone knows why I'm not getting the update... I'm using rogers simcard cuz my phone is unlock... I don't want to put the leak os... I want the official one

    Take out your sim card and try again. Just a FYI, Canada doesn't carry the -2 model so I'm not surprised you haven't seen a update

    I wouldn't update makes your phone laggy. I wish I could go back to just the 10 software.

    10.1 is a great upgrade, if your device can't find official head over to the leaked/beta OS forums here and install 10.1.0.2354 it's the official 10.1 from Orange Romania

    You can try this method How to reload the OS on a BlackBerry Z10 or BlackBerry Q10 | CrackBerry.com

    OR you can try downloading one of the previous leak for the 10.0 OS for your device!

    Personally 10.1 has been amazing on my Z10...

    That's odd...i found it faster and smoother. maybe try a wipe and see if that helps.
