    First, LOVE my Z10!!! Like any new device, there will be something that is just not what you were expecting... When I hold it in my right hand, the speaker port rests against my baby finger (phone sits on my fingers) ... THAT SUCKER IS SHARP! I'm considering getting a nail file out, but can't bring myself to "damage" this work of art...

    Anyone else noticed this?

    Yours must be defective (or the back case isn't completely snapped tight) as mine is smooth with no ridges that stick out.
